Round Button #1 and #2
These filters work on circular selections. If you don't select
anything, a centered circle the size of the width or height of
the image, whichever is less, is automatically selected. The area
outside the circle is masked off automatically if the filter is
applied to a layer with transparent background. The outer mask
can be disabled with one of the slider controls.
The idea is to make round buttons very simple to create by
starting with a normal rectangular image.
After the filter is applied, export the image to GIF89a format.
Transparency is not supported in GIF87 or JPEG formats commonly used
for Web page images.
