Round Button #3

This filter is the latest addition to the round button set. Unlike the previous two, the effect depends on the image selection. If the selection is rectangular, the result is elliptical. If the selection is perfectly square, the result is circular. The area outside the ellipse or circle is masked off automatically if the filter is applied to a layer with transparent background. The outer mask can be disabled with one of the slider controls.

After the filter is applied, export the image to GIF89a format. Transparency is not supported in GIF87 or JPEG formats commonly used for Web page images.
